Lack of self-confidence XD

What is confidence? Self confidence is knowing that we have the capacity to do something good and firmly decide not to give up. Lack of confidence would certainly be classified as a negative emotion or delusion, as it exaggerates one's limitations in capacity, quality and potential for growth.Hmm,,ni masalah cek la ni.Selalu takde keyakinan diri.Pffft,dah 15 tahun beb..Selalu malu kalau nak kena ambil number dekat counter,order dekat cashier Mcd ke .Abang n mama aku selalu marah kalau aku buat macamtu...kenape tah?Maybe peralihan puberty kot.So,tadi saya ambik inisiatif browse dekat google,yahoo segala tentang bende2 yg affected self cofidency.



Faktor2 #betul tak betul cek tak tawla



Reluctant to trust your opinion.
Hmmm ni lah selalunya.Memang kadang2 i've smthg good to share but since i keenly aware about what people might think about it,,i put my hand down.Jangan jadi macamni.Sekarang dah oke la.Dalam kelas tu bertanya jugakla.Tapi jngn overconfident pulak.Tu dah lain ceritanya :)


Less social conformity 
Kadang2 orang tak ada keyakinan apabila berada dalam sekelompok society.I used to be like that,dulu lah.Sekarang bila dengan kawan2 ke neighbour ke,,cakap je ape yg nak dicakap...So,automatically taklah macam nak control baik depan kawan ke nak create cerita ke.So,senang kata jadi diri sendiri bila interact dengan orang :)



Eating disorders 
Makanan ni memang sedap tapi tak semestinya tak mengundang masalah,jadi habit pemakanan juga diambil kira dalam keyakinan diri kita.Healthy balanced diets are vital.Yes,makanan memang mempengaruhi emosi kita.Tapi ada jugak aspek lain yang menjadi faktor.Macam activity yang kita buat per day.We should deal with healthy activities.Ni untuk physical.How about mental?Kalau kita terlalu pikir pasal diri kita,apa orang pikir pasal kita ect? People should be encouraged to focus their attention away from themselves and this becomes easier once they have met their own basic emotional needs in healthy ways. 



Positive thinking
Low self esteem may drive us to constantly and negatively compare ourselves to other people.Just   make yourself believe that you are away better from the one you want to be.Tapi bukan bermakna kita kena pandang rendah kat orang lain.Tapi ini untuk boost your self esteem balik.And remember diri kita sangat berharga untuk dikutuk like aku teruk,diorang perfect,aku Apa pun tak boleh HAHA..dan macam2 lagi.Hence,remember“If you are not for yourself then who else will be?”
